Have you ever pictured yourself this carefree?
Did you think that motivation is something that simply happens and that once you are motivated then you are automatically a leader and a good one at that? Well, think again!

Motivation does not simply happen. It requires a lot of individual willpower and thought to determine a plan of action to suit your goals. Yes, you got it that is were to start; with a goal. Write it in HUGE letters and post it on the bathroom mirror, refrigerator or any else that it will stare you in the face.
Great your goal is set and you have a daily reminder of what it is; but how to get there? That is where you sit down and make a list of what you need to do to achieve your goal. Say for example your goal is to leave you current mundane job and work from home with a better salary and more free time than you presently have. You can do this; now make a list that might look something like this.
- What am I good at that I could do working from home?
- What sort of start up cost would be involved?
- Would remodeling be necessary?
- Can I do this alone or do I need help?
- What sort of a time schedule could be worked out?
This is a short list to just get you thinking of some of the thought process involved in such an undertaking. Well, if you have gotten to this stage then I would have to say that you are definitely motivated. Now implement what you have chosen to do and the leader in you will burst to the scene.
Leaders are not born they are molded by life’s events and so every one is capable of becoming a leader is is only what one does with one’s life that determines what kind of a leader you will become.
